I Refresh with SKK Tile Refresh System
 
SKK Tile Refresh System is a new application system that removes the persistent oil and exhaust gas stains adhering to surfaces, with the etching effect of a special cleaner.

After cleaning the surfaces, the system prevents deterioration of tile joints and surfaces. The bright reflective property of ceramic/ mosaic surfaces and joints can be restored to the original beauty through the application of an environmental- friendly extra low stain weak solvent type polyurethane clear coat.

II Recondition with SK Tile Filler

Resurfacing with SK Tile Filler allows one to renew instead of removing the degraded substrates. SK Tile Filler System omits unnecessary hacking and removing of debris from site and provides a cost effective solution to the ever-prevalent degradation problem. Subsequently, skim-coated surface can be received with architectural coatings (such as Graniterior EX) or protective paints (such as Compo Silicon W55).

5. Floor Surface

General Floor Surface Treatment

1. Weak concrete substrate due to contamination or non-durability should be removed by using grinning or hacking machine.
2. Make sure surface is free from dust, dirt and contamination
3. Fill up pinholes and hollows with SK Epo Filler.
4. Apply SK Epo Filler by steel trowel to create even surface

Surface Requirements

The newly power-floated/ steel trowel smooth finish with fine gripping and without concrete enrichment shall be allowed 28 days curing to achieve the designed strength. Moisture level of substrate has to be 15% and below (measured by Protimeter) before commencement of the floor coating system.

7. Curtain Wall Surface

Although most curtain walls receive regular maintenance by washing, they could still suffer from discolouration, chalking and corrosion because of pollution and contamination from exhaust gas and acid rain.

A complete solution to the "Curtain Wall Refresh System" is being implemented to overcome the stained curtain walls.
